CloudPay Espana S.L. seeks a skilled Spanish Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll in Barcelona, ensuring compliance with local laws and timely deliveries. Collaborate with clients and internal teams for accurate payroll processing.

Requirements include extensive Spanish payroll experience, English at B2 level, and proficiency with SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, DELTA, and SUMAR. Hybrid office attendance in Barcelona is expected.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end Spanish payroll processing.
• Deep understanding of Spanish payroll legislation, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Expertise in complex payroll components (benefits‑in‑kind, RSUs, non‑resident employees).
• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English (B2).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word and Google Apps; proficient with payroll software.
• Experience with Spain payroll systems: SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, DELTA; SUMAR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing according to the monthly payroll calendar and Spanish law.
• Collaborate with Operations to validate payroll inputs and reports for client requirements.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies before processing and review outputs for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Prepare and upload monthly payroll reports to the CloudPay platform.
• Handle Spanish Social Security submissions via SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, DELTA.
• Coordinate tax declarations (models 111, 216, 190, 296, 345) timely.
