Job summary

A global professional services firm in Spain seeks a Payroll Manager/Specialist to manage payroll for international clients. You will ensure compliance with Spanish payroll and labour regulations while providing advisory support. The position offers a permanent contract, a hybrid work model including remote options, and opportunities for development in a supportive culture. Candidates should have a relevant degree, proficiency in payroll software, and a high level of English.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in consultancy or in-house labour department.
• Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software.
• Proven experience interpreting Spanish collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for international clients supporting payroll management.
• Manage full payroll and labour cycle including expatriates.
• Provide technical support and mentor junior team members.
