Product Design is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager for Spain. You will serve as the payroll SME, leading country-specific activities from discovery to go-live, ensuring compliance with Spain legislation and best practices.

The role requires 10+ years in Spain payroll, hands-on experience with payroll engines, and fluency in Spanish and English. Collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations is essential.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience processing and implementing Spanish payroll.
• Extensive in-house Spanish payroll implementation experience.
• Expert knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, tax, social insurance and statutory reporting.
• Extensive experience with leading Spanish payroll engines (A3, G2N Nova).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer consulting skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Role Summary

As the Payroll Implementation Manager – Spain, you will serve as the payroll subject matter expert (SME) for all Spain payroll implementations. Working alongside a dedicated Payroll Project Manager, who owns overall project governance, timelines and delivery, you will lead all country-specific payroll activities from discovery through go-live. You will ensure every implementation is compliant with Spain legislation, aligned to best practice, and delivered to the highest quality.

You will be recognised as the internal authority for Spanish payroll, providing expert guidance to Customers, Sales, Product, Engineering and Payroll Operations. This role requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing Spain payroll, extensive hands-on experience with Spain payroll software, and fluency in Spanish and English.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience processing and implementing Spanish payroll.
• Extensive experience operating Spanish payroll in-house.
• Expert knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, tax, social insurance and statutory reporting.
• Extensive experience with leading Spanish payroll engines (ideally A3, G2N Nova)
• Strong stakeholder management and customer consulting skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Country Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Must be fluent in English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must have hands-on implementation and operational experience with Spanish payroll software.

Pay Range: EUR 41,500~51,000 base (annual)
