SoftwareOne in Barcelona is seeking a mid-level Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll for Spain and coordinate with providers in Italy and Portugal. The role is hybrid, full-time, and requires fluent Spanish and English.

You will handle monthly payroll incidents, benefits, taxes, and employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in payroll and exposure to international processes and payroll systems.

Formación

• Typically, candidates should have 2–3 years of payroll experience in an international setting.
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes and coordination with internal/external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll Execution: Record monthly payroll incidents, bonuses, overtime, and payroll-related items for Spain.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate monthly inputs/outputs with external providers in Italy and Portugal.
• Employee Support: Address inquiries on compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions.
• Compliance: Ensure social security obligations compliance and maintain employee records.
• Data & Finance: Reconcile monthly payroll with Finance.
