Impress is expanding its European footprint and seeks a payroll specialist to join the HR team in Barcelona. You will coordinate multiple payroll providers, ensure accurate payroll cycles across Spain and the US, and maintain data integrity while complying with all regulations.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, in-depth knowledge of Spanish and US payroll, and a proactive, organized approach to handling sensitive information. An employee contract is provided.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in HR with payroll.
• Professional-level English and Spanish.
• Must-have knowledge of payroll in the Spanish and US markets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate payroll providers across countries and support Spain and US payroll cycles.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time with salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Comply with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax filings.
