SoftwareOne is seeking a Payroll Specialist (Mid-Level) in Barcelona to oversee Spain payroll operations and coordinate with providers in Italy and Portugal. This hands-on role offers international exposure within a global IT company and a hybrid work setup.

You will ensure timely payroll execution, maintain compliance with Spanish social security and tax obligations, and support employees on compensation and benefits while collaborating with the Finance team.

Formación

• 2–3 years of payroll experience in an international environment.
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with systems like Sistema RED/SILTRA, AEAT, Seguridad Social, AT, INPS.

Responsabilidades

• Record monthly payroll incidents for Spain including bonuses and overtime.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs/outputs with external providers in Italy and Portugal.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries on compensation and benefits.
• Ensure social security obligations and manage employee records, contracts, and leaves (Spain).
• Maintain Payroll data and collaborate with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll.
