You will coordinate with production, logistics and sales to resolve issues and maintain current information on availability, delivery dates, pricing and returns.

This role requires a practical understanding of order management and customer service, SAP and CRM knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with order management and customer service processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is required (min B1).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve order, delivery, and shipping issues.
• Monitor orders and update product availability and prices.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and distribution teams.
• Manage product/parts returns and related documentation.
• Analyze reports on inquiries, service issues, delivery performance, and returns.
• Provide customers with order status and delivery information.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
