Qualifications

• Vocational training in administration and/or commercial fields required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communications through established company channels.
• Process and verify customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to confirm delivery dates, and inform customers of status changes.
• Plan and manage shipments, invoicing, and related documentation including export paperwork when required.
• Register and track customer claims, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Support new product introductions by coordinating between customers and internal teams.
