CHEP Espana SA is seeking an Orders Care Specialist to own the frontline of customer support across the assigned region. You will manage orders, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role demands empathy, proactive problem solving, and dedication to high service levels, with hybrid work options and opportunities to influence improvements in CX and order fulfilment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of customer service and supply chain experience.
• Must be fluent in English, Spanish, and German or French (mandatory).
• Able to handle urgent requests and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and emails to take orders, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data and service requests in relevant systems.
