Sales Order Management (m/f/d)

As an Order Management specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient order-to-delivery process while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of national and international customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Deliver professional customer service via phone and written communication, supporting clients from order placement through final delivery.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively identifying delays and coordinating corrective actions.
• Serve as a central communication interface, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient order flow and address customer inquiries.
• Oversee master data creation and maintenance within the ERP system, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date information.
• Manage order-related correspondence and collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer requirements.
• Provide dedicated support to key accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and relationship management.
• Create, update, and monitor framework agreements (framework orders) to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer expectations.
• Monitor, categorize, and distribute inquiries received through the Senseca Info shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and efficient handling.
• Perform ERP key user responsibilities, offering support to colleagues and assisting in system optimization.
• Conduct customer compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and customer-specific requirements.
