Job summary

Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking Customer Service Agents for the Via Campaign. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a global, multicultural team.

You will gain hands-on experience with mobility operations, supporting customers in the USA, and upholding Via and Netzon values in a hybrid work setup. The role offers flexible full-time/part-time options and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at C2 level required.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to tailor solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems or similar tools helpful.
• Eligible to work in Spain; permits required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Aim for first contact resolution for customer queries.
• Maintain customer records with contact reasons, solutions, and notes.
