Job summary

Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking a Travel Specialist to join its international team, handling hotel reservations, recommendations, rate searches, and guest support via phone, email, and live chat. This temporary role runs 39 hours/week with a hybrid in-office schedule and a start in September.

Fluency in Italian and English, strong communication and front-desk experience are required. Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in reception roles (hotel, restaurant, front desk).
• Ability to handle challenging calls professionally and courteously.
• Willingness to promote travel programs and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with reservations and recommendations.
• Search rates, availability, and special offers for customers.
• Identify needs and suggest suitable options to enhance stays.
• Maintain product and system knowledge to ensure accurate responses.
• Act as an ambassador for Tablet Hotels and Tablet Plus program.
• Maintain a high quality customer experience.
