You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, delivering a positive customer experience. The role offers a hybrid model with flexible FT/PT options and a 4-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for helping customers.
• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
• Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
• A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
