Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. You will work from our Madrid office in a hybrid model, developing and maintaining relationships with mid-market resellers and customers across Spain.

The role focuses on selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions in a B2B environment, with strong emphasis on relationship building and strategic planning. Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT solutions in B2B environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and sales skills are essential.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions is preferred.
• Native in Spanish and proficient in English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Define target markets within Spain and plan strategy for key relationships.
• Develop and grow mid-market resellers and strengthen relationships with customers and vendors.
• Present strategic plans and steps to grow sales, create demand, and improve customer service.
• Coordinate opportunity development for existing customers and partners.
• Stay current with industry trends and vendors’ portfolios.
