• Fluent Italian and advanced English
• Experience in a customer service environment

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls, emails, and other channels and resolve customer requests
• Log call details and ensure responses within SLA
• Maintain product and application knowledge for customers
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure proper escalation
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLA and service quality
