Tenth Revolution Group, a well-established British consulting firm with operations in Madrid, seeks an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle and HR operations across the business.

You will handle onboarding, contracts, records, and payroll coordination, acting as a trusted contact for employees and supporting benefits projects in a high-growth, international environment.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience in an international environment with a strong generalist background.
• Experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level in both languages).

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations including onboarding, contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and payroll liaison.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with external benefits providers and support benefits initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support recruitment and selection when required.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers to support growth and employee engagement.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment, with a strong HR generalist background.
• Previous experience working in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).

Mission of the Role
