Job summary

SITA is seeking a Lead Instructional Designer and Trainer to develop and deliver product training programs for sales and pre-sales teams. The role combines 50% instructional design with 50% training delivery, leveraging a strong product/technical background to educate stakeholders across global teams.

You will partner with product managers, solution engineers, and sales leadership to ensure training content is up-to-date, audience-tailored, and capable of driving value-based selling for SITA’s

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in instructional design or enterprise training.
• Experience creating training for sales and pre-sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning materials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven facilitation and in-person/virtual delivery skills.
• Collaborative across product, sales and marketing teams.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and author comprehensive training curricula, playbooks, slides, and talk tracks.
• Develop value propositions with Product and Marketing for each solution line.
• Create enablement paths for Software/SaaS, Hardware, and System Integration.
• Lead high-impact training sessions, virtual and in-person.
• Design and host 'Product Spotlight' webinars with updates and insights.
• Incorporate LLMs to produce sales-ready summaries and FAQs.
• Track KPIs and measure training impact like Time to First Deal and Win Rates.
