Job summary

SITA is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Designer/Engineer to join our regional pre-sales team. You will lead technical qualification, own the technical components of customer proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver compelling, cost-effective solutions for airports.

You will engage with Sales, Business Units, and Delivery teams to craft winning bids, managing a virtual bid team and ensuring a smooth handover to Delivery upon award.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in IT and air transport tech in a technical pre-sale role.
• Proven track record producing, communicating, and documenting technical proposals.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Certifications in solution design, cloud fundamentals or business analysis are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and qualify technical aspects of customer proposals.
• Design and coordinate standard and complex solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Support Sales with technical designs and expert advice throughout the pre-contract phases.
• Lead virtual Pre-sales/Bid teams and manage timelines and objectives.
• Deliver cost-effective, implementable solutions based on customer requirements.
