SITA seeks an experienced Senior Solution Designer/Engineer to join our regional pre-sales team in Prague. You will lead the technical qualification of opportunities and own the technical components of customer proposals, leveraging your expertise in emerging technologies and SITA’s Airports solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT, air transport tech, or telecom in a technical pre-sale role.
• Proven ability to produce, communicate, and document technical solution proposals.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT/air transport industry tech and commercial aspects.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical qualification and ownership of the technical aspects of customer proposals.
• Design and coordinate development of standard and complex solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead virtual Pre‑sales/Bid teams, set objectives, and coordinate across Sales, BU, Support & Delivery, partners, and suppliers.
• Deliver cost‑effective, implementable solutions based on customer requirements and SITA products.
• Contribute to long-term technical account strategies and maximize commercial value for SITA.
• Act as a technical interface for customers and lead engagements from initial contact to deployment.
• Translate customer requirements into SITA products and solutions.
