Job summary

Datasite seeks a Training Specialist to analyze needs, build learning solutions, and deliver training across classroom, virtual, and self-guided formats. You will promote self-administration of our products and contribute to documentation and SOPs.

You’ll work with global teams, SMEs, and Client Service, delivering engaging programs while leveraging AI tools and e-learning platforms to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in instructional design or technical training.
• 3-6 years’ experience in a training/educational context; team player under tight deadlines.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Experience with instructional design for varied skill levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects with strong time management.
• Experience using generative AI tools to design learning materials.
• Experience with Articulate or other e-learning tools and LMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content, audiences, and learner environments to identify instructional strategies.
• Work with SMEs to design classroom and e-learning training materials and curriculums.
• Monitor, test, and measure trainee comprehension and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to trainees and adjust delivery methods for impact.
• Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and manuals.
• Develop professional enrichment and skill-building training for employees.
• Define and train standard operating procedures.
• Answer product questions and support Client Service teams.
• Research training methodologies and tools to maximize effectiveness.
• Stay current with product development to define best practices pre-release.
• Facilitate training as needed.
