Royal Hotels in Barcelona is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure a seamless stay. You will interact with guests in person, on the phone, and by email, providing information about services and local attractions while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, fluent Catalan (B1-C1) and English (B2-C1), and a professional, customer-focused attitude in a dynamic hotel environment.

Formación

• Catalan level required (B1–C1).
• English level required (B2–C1).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Control and manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs at the hotel.
• Register guests using the required information and ensure data accuracy.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify the accuracy of their credit card details.
• Provide telephone or email assistance to inform or suggest tourist services.
• Handle complaints and requests from guests during the shift.
• Perform billing and payment tasks, including cash register closing during the shift.
• Assign rooms based on the type of reservation and guest preferences.
• Manage calls through the switchboard, connecting them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain good relationships with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contact housekeeping staff to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Monitor hotel availability and follow hotel sales strategies to optimize room occupancy.
