aparto currently seeks a Receptionist who will operate from the front desk, delivering exceptional service to guests at our Esplugues de Llobregat location. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Essential experience in Hotel Reception or similar roles.
• Must be people-oriented and possess a strong vocation for customer service.
• Service and quality oriented.
• A resourceful person with administrative management skills.
• Languages: Spanish, English, and French. Catalan and additional languages valued.
• Knowledge of the Mews PMS system is highly valued but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily front desk operations: check-in and check-out, phone assistance, email and WhatsApp management, Mews, LiveChat.
• Provide customer service and resolve conflicts in coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Answer calls and follow up on potential B2C sales.
• Manage parcel deliveries and general communications via Mews.
• Support marketing follow-up through booking platforms and aparto’s website with the General Manager.
• Provide guests with information about the local area.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming environment for guests and residents.
• Respond to inquiries and maintenance issues during stay; assist in training new receptionists.
• Collaborate on internal data audits and stationery orders.
• Participate in events coordinated by Sales & Marketing Manager and General Manager.
