Sani / Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent in Estepona, Spain for a 7-month period (March–November). This role focuses on welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, and providing local information with a guest-centric approach.

The candidate should have prior experience in hospitality, strong English speaking skills, and a valid driving license. We offer growth opportunities and support for relocation and daily transportation where needed.

Formación

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or golf club environment.
• Good command of English (verbal); other languages are a plus.
• Valid European or international driving license (required).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms or vehicles as needed.
• Provide guests with basic hotel information, directions, and local tips.
• Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy and assist with opening doors or calling taxis.
• Communicate guest requests to Front Office and other departments promptly.
