Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in Estepona, Spain, for a 7-month assignment from March to November. You will assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations and leading the team to uphold high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

The role requires strong leadership, training, and communication skills, with a focus on meticulous care and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Team Supervision: support, train, and motivate attendants and supervisors to maintain high performance.
• Quality Control: inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards and address issues promptly.
• Inventory & Supplies: manage housekeeping supplies, linen stock, and coordinate orders as needed.
• Guest Satisfaction: handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Compliance: ensure the team follows health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Reporting: report maintenance issues and assist the Housekeeping Manager in scheduling.
