Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office Agent for our Spain locations (Estepona/Mallorca) on a 7-month assignment. You’ll manage guest check‑in/out, provide personalized service, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay.

Fluency in English and a second language (Russian, German or French) is required, along with computer literacy and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio. A Hospitality or Tourism degree is preferred; compensation includes growth opportunities and

• Experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel.
• Fluent in English and another language (Russian, German or French).
• Computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Check-In/Out: Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.
• Guest Service: Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any special requests.
• Reservations: Manage bookings, cancellations, and room allocations accurately.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain reception area presentation and follow hotel policies, safety, and confidentiality standards.
