Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office/Guest Relations Agent for a 7-month seasonal role in Palma, Mallorca. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with departments to deliver seamless, high-level hospitality.

Fluency in English is required, plus a second language (Russian, German, or French). Opera or Fidelio experience and a hospitality degree are expected, with strong communication and problem-solving skills guiding day-to-day interactions.

Formación

• Proven experience in a relevant position, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel environment.
• Fluent in English, with a second language (Russian, German, or French).
• Computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their stay.
• Guest Support: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• VIP Service: Assist with VIP arrivals, room arrangements, and personalized touches.
• Coordination: Communicate guest needs and preferences to relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
• Feedback: Collect guest feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Standards: Maintain lobby and guest areas in line with hotel presentation and service standards.
