SO/ Sotogrande is seeking a friendly Receptionist Trainee to join the Front Office team in Sotogrande, Spain. This internship provides hands-on experience in guest reception, check-in/out, and guest-service delivery within a luxury hotel environment.

You will learn to use the property's management system, assist with inquiries, and support room assignments while developing communication and customer service skills in a high-standard setting.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing room allocations and maintaining guest records.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including calls and emails.
• Shadow experienced staff to understand hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Participate in training sessions to develop customer service and procedures skills.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle basic financial transactions like cash handling and card processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
