Limehome is seeking a Hospitality Host (m/f/d) in San Sebastián to welcome guests in our city center properties and ensure a smooth, warm check-in experience.

You will handle guest requests with empathy, offer local recommendations, and manage the PMS while collaborating with Operations, housekeeping and maintenance to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Spanish; a rotating Mon-Sun schedule applies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken; additional European language is a plus.
• 1–2 years in hospitality operations, ideally front-office roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Confident in conflict resolution with guests and partners.
• Comfortable with project management tools and quick to learn new ones.
• Willing to work Mon-Sun rotating schedule, 10am–7pm (1h lunch).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests on arrival and support a smooth, friendly check-in experience with warmth.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with empathy, applying service recovery techniques.
• Provide knowledgeable local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing.
• Manage the PMS, including updating room status, guest profiles, and room readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Contribute to a memorable property experience and drive positive guest reviews.
