Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an Assistant Waiter for Spain locations Estepona and Mallorca for a 7-month period (March–November). The role supports the F&B team in delivering attentive service, setting tables, and maintaining clean service areas. English fluency and a collaborative attitude are essential; prior restaurant/hotel experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and basic understanding of food service standards.

Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Assist waiters in delivering attentive and efficient service to all guests.
• Table Setup: Prepare and set tables, replenish cutlery, napkins, and bread as needed.
• Food & Beverage Assistance: Serve bread, water, and assist with clearing plates and resetting tables.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with waiters, kitchen, and bar employees to ensure smooth service flow.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and service areas.
