Sani / Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent in Estepona, Spain for a 7-month period (March–November). This role focuses on welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, and providing local information with a guest-centric approach.

The candidate should have prior experience in hospitality, strong English speaking skills, and a valid driving license. We offer growth opportunities and support for relocation and daily transportation where needed.

At Sani/Ikos Group, the Front Office department plays a pivotal role in guest experiences. Our Front Office Team orchestrates unforgettable holiday experiences with seamless check-ins, personalized recommendations, and world-class service.

Whether as a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent or an e-Concierge team member, guest interaction is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Transport: Safely escort guests and their belongings to rooms or vehicles as needed.
• Information: Provide guests with basic hotel information, directions, and local area tips.
• Lobby Support: Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy and assist with opening doors or calling taxis.
• Coordination: Communicate guest requests to Front Office and other departments promptly.

About you

You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf club environment. You have a good command of English (verbal); additional languages are a plus. You hold a valid European or international driving license (required). Basic mechanical awareness is a plus. Finally, you have a friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude.
