Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Front Office/Guest Relations Agent for a 7-month assignment in Spain (Estepona and Mallorca). You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with departments to deliver seamless service in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires fluent English and a second language (Russian, German or French), with computer literacy and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio. A Hospitality/Tourism degree is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer literacy and hospitality software knowledge (Opera, Fidelio).
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: greet guests on arrival and ensure they feel valued.
• Guest Support: handle inquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
• VIP Service: assist with VIP arrivals, room arrangements and personalized touches.
• Coordination: communicate guest needs to departments for seamless service.
• Feedback: collect guest feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Standards: maintain lobby and guest areas to hotel standards.
