Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a hospitality professional to support guest services at our property in Cataluña. You will assist with expediting problem payments, ensure smooth check-ins, and maintain accurate guest accounts while upholding the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

You will collaborate with various departments to anticipate guest needs, maintain high service quality, and adhere to company policies. A strong emphasis on professional appearance and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and guest satisfaction follow-up.
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Handle all payment types and set up accurate guest accounts at check-in.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest needs.
• Maintain logs, balance cash at shifts, and follow safety and company policies.
