Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Barcelona is seeking a Front Office Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at every interaction. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, manage guest requests, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
• Process check-outs, handling late or disputed charges and balancing cash drawers.
• Answer calls, record requests, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Provide directions and information about property and local area; assist with parking procedures and valet services.
• Run daily arrivals/departures reports and prepare cashier/closing reports in the computer system.
