Job summary

Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza is offering an internship in guest services on Cala Llonga beach, Ibiza. You will assist with check-in/check-out, greet guests, and coordinate special occasions, while learning hotel operations and guest relations.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a hospitality degree in progress or completed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in/check-out and greet guests warmly.
• Contact guests to ensure satisfaction via courtesy calls or visits.
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or guest preferences.
• Listen to concerns, log incidents, and resolve problems with internal teams.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance align with guest expectations.
• Arrange in-room touches for VIP or returning guests per protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring.
• Record preferences and useful notes for future stays.
