Job summary

Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza invites students to join its internship program at Cala Llonga, Ibiza. You will support the Director General with admin tasks, guest services, and operations across Mondrian and Hyde brands in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Hospitality Management or related programs, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. Accommodation and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Enrollment in Hospitality Management or related program.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Team player attitude and collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
• Customer service oriented to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support for the Director General (calendar, emails, calls).
• Documentation and filing of records, reports, and documents.
• Greet guests and assist with guest services to ensure a positive experience.
• Support front desk operations, inventory, and inter-department liaison.
• Assist with data entry and basic data analysis for decision-making.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences including logistics.
• General office tasks and errands as required.
