Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza offers a unique internship opportunity at Cala Llonga beach, Ibiza, across two lifestyle hotel brands. You will assist reception, provide personalised guest services, and support events while learning hotel operations in a dynamic, internationally oriented team.

Accommodation is included, and you will join a comprehensive Internship Program with development opportunities and a final project presentation to Excom & Head of Departments.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Internship duration: minimum five months, start date in April.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to tasks.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Provide personalised services and respond promptly to questions and requests.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience to organise activities and events.
• Help supervise cleanliness standards across the property.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training to learn hotel operations.
• Collaborate with departments for smooth communication.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolve them.
