Livensa Living Barcelona is seeking a friendly and proactive receptionist to welcome students, residents, and guests. You will handle check-ins/outs, queries, and payments, while coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, security awareness, and close collaboration with Finance, Sales, and other departments to support a seamless resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for students, residents and guests with a friendly, professional welcome.
• Handle reception operations: queries, check-ins/outs, payments, and documentation.
• Build relationships with residents and resolve issues to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping; support Residence Manager with admin tasks.
• Monitor access, keys, and building security; report concerns as needed.
• Manage mail, parcels, and requests like tenancy extensions and room moves.
• Assist sales enquiries, lettings, and property viewings with Finance and Sales teams.
• Uphold policies and values through consistently excellent customer service.
