Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a friendly, professional experience.
• Manage reception operations, including queries, check-ins/check-outs, payments, and welcome documentation.
• Build strong relationships with residents and resolve issues quickly to support satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate requests with Maintenance and Housekeeping and support the Residence Manager with admin tasks.
• Monitor guest access, key handling, and building security, reporting concerns as needed.
• Handle mail, parcels, and in-house requests such as tenancy extensions or room moves.
• Assist sales enquiries, lettings, and property viewings, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Maintenance.
• Ensure company policies and values are reflected through excellent customer service.
