Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles.
• Excellent problem solving and guest service mindset.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sonder, making a great first impression on guests and partners.
• Guide guests through the tech-enabled Sonder experience and ensure they maximize stay.
• Handle guest communications via calls, SMS and live chat from the Front Desk.
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks and back-of-house coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
