Soho House & Co. Barcelona seeks an enthusiastic Receptionist to ensure a seamless welcome for members and guests. You will deliver a warm first impression, handle calls, manage bookings, and support a smooth day-to-day operation across the House.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years in a busy venue, strong English and Spanish, and a service-minded attitude. The role offers opportunities to grow with Soho House in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reliable, friendly and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet members by name and welcome guests in a warm, Soho House style.
• Answer high volume hotel, restaurant and general enquiry calls.
• Maintain reception area, cloakroom and guest lists across spaces.
• Assist guests with coats and items and address concerns in real time.
• Train new hires to Soho House standards, including steps of service.
