Perk is building a modern, AI-powered outbound and pipeline generation motion in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. The Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function sits at the centre of this transformation, designing and operating the data infrastructure, Clay-based enrichment systems, and AI-driven workflows that enable our revenue teams to execute at scale.

This is a hands-on engineering role: you’ll construct Clay workflows, engineer AI-powered enrichment pipelines, and

Formación

• 6+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on Clay experience: building tables, enrichment flows, and AI prompts.
• Direct AI to GTM workflow experience, including enrichment and personalization.
• Salesforce proficiency: custom objects, flows, reports, data integrity.
• Familiarity with Outreach or SalesLoft and CRM integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables, enrichment flows, and AI column logic powering outbound.
• Engineer multi-step Clay workflows via webhooks, HTTP APIs, and conditional logic for scalable sourcing.
• Build AI prompt layers in Clay to generate personalized outreach and qualify leads programmatically.
• Create signal-based prospecting systems using buying triggers and route to Sales activation.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and data providers to keep GTM data clean and timely.
