Perk is building a modern, AI-powered outbound and pipeline generation motion in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. The Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function sits at the centre of this transformation, designing and operating the data infrastructure, Clay-based enrichment systems, and AI-driven workflows that enable our revenue teams to execute at scale.

This is not a traditional RevOps or systems admin role.

Formación

• Hands-on engineer capable of building Clay workflows from scratch.
• Experience crafting AI-powered enrichment pipelines for outbound sales.
• Ability to translate signal-based prospecting into production-ready systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, build, and maintain Clay-based outbound infrastructure.
• Develop multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks and API integrations.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership.
