Job summary

Chekin is seeking a bridge between product and revenue to turn every product update into clear positioning and qualified pipeline, and to build growth systems powered by AI and automation.

You will report to leadership with autonomy to define and execute GTM strategy, demand generation, feature adoption, and pipeline quality across Europe, treating every message as a hypothesis to test.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing or product marketing with qualified pipeline in mid-market/enterprise.
• Strong GTM skills: turn product updates into messaging and measurable results.
• Product sense: understands product, users, and value of features.
• Proven CRO experience: funnel analysis, AB tests, and landing page optimization.
• Advanced Google Ads experience across multiple European markets.
• 2+ years HubSpot experience; strong analytical foundation (funnels, CAC/LTV).
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI and automation tools.
• Autonomy, initiative, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Turn new features into differentiated positioning and measurable pipeline.
• Lead product launches across European markets with aligned messaging and content.
• Enable Sales with narratives, materials, and case studies to close deals.
• Design feature adoption systems for existing customers.
• Scale inbound pipeline globally with CAC efficiency in mind.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and coordinate with payments team and agencies.
• Build outbound engine for mid-market hotels with deliverability discipline.
• Lead CRO projects across landing pages, forms, and journey optimization.
• Own reporting across HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, and CRM; build AI workflows.
