Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, architecture, and commercial impact. You will lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborate with SDR, AE, and AM leaders, and build automated systems to replace manual workflows.

You will guide technology choices, set standards, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with revenue goals, including AI-enabled account research and prioritised workflows.

Formación

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering specifically, with delivery at real scale—systems hundreds of sellers relied on, not a pilot for one team.
• Time as both a builder and a leader. This role needs both.

Responsabilidades

• Own the GTM engineering architecture and stack, defining CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers for the revenue org.
• Build and own the orchestration layer and agent workflows using modern tooling to automate research, qualification, summarisation and data entry.
• Write production code in Python, SQL, SOQL or TypeScript to implement required capabilities.
• Bridge commercial and technical work, turning business goals into scalable technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Grow and lead a senior multi-region team across Europe and North America, with clear ownership and review discipline.
