360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the AI-powered GTM operating model and drive the roadmap for CRM, marketing automation, and CS tooling. You will collaborate with Data, Enablement, Security, and Finance to align on strategy and deliver measurable ROI.

You will lead vendor evaluations, manage adoption, and ship AI-enabled capabilities across distributed teams, with a focus on enabling faster, smarter go-to-market outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years across GTM systems, AI-focused workflow products, revenue tech, or related enterprise SaaS roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable tooling with AI.
• Fluency in modern GTM systems and deep Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including skills, evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI.
• Pilot AI capabilities as customer zero, turning successes into patterns for other functions.
• Design the GTM stack architecture and decide what to build vs. buy.
• Lead vendor evaluations and end-to-end renewal processes.
• Coach senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems, and web ops.
