UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to be the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers in our Barcelona area.

You will handle logistics inquiries and work to provide the best possible service while identifying opportunities within the existing portfolio. The role requires strong communication, an intermediate level of English, and preferably knowledge of Catalan.

Qualificações

• Minimum Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced level).
• Previous experience in a similar logistics role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate English; Catalan is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main information source for customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to operations teams.
• Regularly maintain and expand the customer portfolio.
