Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to be the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers in our Barcelona area.

You will handle logistics inquiries and work to provide the best possible service while identifying opportunities within the existing portfolio. The role requires strong communication, an intermediate level of English, and preferably knowledge of Catalan.

Job Description:

You will be the primary point of contact for our current and prospective customers.

You’ll ensure customers turn to you for support with their logistics-related inquiries, and you’ll work to provide them with the best possible service. We’re looking for someone who can constructively challenge customers while keeping them informed about the latest developments. In addition, you’ll identify and maximize opportunities within the existing business portfolio. What will your day-to-day look like?

• You’ll be the main source of information for customers and, through your innovative ideas, you’ll contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the organization.
• You’ll be responsible for communicating all customer requirements and needs to the operational teams.
• You’ll regularly maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level). Completed or ongoing university studies will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate level of English. Knowledge of Catalan will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong business needs identification and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility with working hours. The schedule for this role may be either 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
