UPS in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader to manage staff, coach the team, and identify talent while focusing on excellent customer service. This role requires leadership, strong English, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Hours are 3:00–9:00, with opportunities for growth within a global logistics organization. The ideal candidate will have higher vocational training or a university degree, sharp problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Formación

• Higher Vocational Training or University Degree completed or in progress.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Strong leadership and quick decision-making.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and analytical; enjoys solving problems.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook) user level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff under your supervision.
• Coach and train the team.
• Identify and develop potential talents for the company.
• Focus on excellence in customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with BaSE, IE, and others.
• Coordinate center/service audits and follow up on issues.
