Job summary

UPS Spain is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the main information source for customers and to relay their needs to the operations teams. You will foster ongoing relationships and contribute to portfolio growth in a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level).
• Completed or ongoing university studies will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role within logistics is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and English at an intermediate level are required.
• Catalan language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be the main information source for customers and communicate requirements to operational teams.
• You will identify opportunities within the existing customer portfolio and contribute to growth.
• You will maintain and expand the customer portfolio, ensuring high service levels.
