HP, a proven leader in personal systems and printing, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for HP's Graphics Solutions Business. You will drive demand, adoption, and revenue by shaping growth strategies across channels and regions.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS or software marketing, with proven experience in demand generation, pipeline creation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics, and agencies to accelerate growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, software, or solutions marketing.
• Proven experience driving B2B demand generation, pipeline creation, or sales-led growth.
• Experience with product-led growth, trials, freemium, or usage-based growth preferred.
• Ability to work across commercial, product, analytics, creative, and regional teams.
• Experience with agencies or external partners in demand generation and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Be a strategic growth partner translating objectives into clear growth marketing strategies with defined audiences, channels, motions, and metrics.
• Own the growth strategy for HP's PSP software and solutions portfolio with measurable objectives tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Drive lead generation and sales-led demand creation, partnering with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline progression.
• Shape product-led growth motions with Product, Analytics, and regional teams.
• Design and optimize the full growth funnel from awareness to referral, using data and experimentation to improve performance.
